中医综合康复治疗体系在新型冠状病毒性肺炎恢复期治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医综合康复治疗体系在新冠肺炎恢复期患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:方法:选取2020年10月26日~2020年11月17日新疆维吾尔自治区第六人民医院收治的74例普通型新冠肺炎且处于恢复期患者作为研究对象,其中10月26日~11月6日收治的39例患者继续行抗病毒治疗(对照组),11月7日~17日收治的35例患者则在常规抗病毒治疗基础上开展中医综合治疗体系(观察组),对比两组治疗前后症状改善以及免疫、呼吸功能变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组中医证候积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);并且治疗后观察组免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)以及淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组呼吸功能指标以及肺顺应性改善效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗6个月后随访新冠病毒复阳率均为0%。结论:集中药方剂、针刺与中医特色康复疗法的中医综合康复治疗体系在新冠肺炎恢复期患者中应用可进一步促进患者免疫功能与呼吸功能的恢复,且简单、易行,实施与推广难度较低。Objective:To explore the application value of the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment system of Chinese med-icine in the treatment of patients recovering from neoconjunctivitis.Methods:A total of 74concomitant patients with common CO-VID-19who were admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from October 26,2020to Novem-ber 17,2020were selected as the research subjects.Among them,39patients admitted from October 26to November 6continued to receive antiviral therapy(control group).35patients admitted from November 7to 17were treated with TCM integrated treatment system based on conventional antiviral therapy(observation group).The improvement of symptoms and changes in immune and respiratory functions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syn-drome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the levels of immu-noglobulins(IgA,IgG,IgM)and lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of respiratory function indexes and lung com-pliance of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the rate of reversion to new coronavirus was 0%in both groups at 6-month follow-up after treatment.Conclusion:The application of the TCM integrated re-habilitation treatment system,which concentrates herbal formulae,acupuncture and TCM characteristic rehabilitation therapy,in patients recovering from new coronavirus pneumonia can further promote the recovery of immune function and respiratory function,and is simple,easy to implement and less difficult to replicate.
