资生肾气汤调节促炎因子缓解痛风性关节炎的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨资生肾气汤调节促炎因子缓解痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院2019年2月~2021年2月收治的126例痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者64例给予资生肾气汤联合苯溴马隆治疗,对照组患者62例仅用药苯溴马隆治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后促炎因子水平、临床表现积分,治疗后不良反应发生情况及疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者促炎症因子水平与治疗前相比均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组血清IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者临床表现积分与治疗前相比均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组关节疼痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀等临床表现积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组后出现2例恶心呕吐、1例头痛,对照组出现2例腹泻、5例恶心呕吐、3例头痛,观察组不良反应总发生率为4.69%显著低于对照组16.13%(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.88%显著高于对照组总有效率87.10%(P<0.05)。结论:资生肾气汤治疗痛风性关节炎患者疗效确切,在改善患者血清促炎因子水平、相关临床表现积分方面得到肯定,同时还能减少不良反应发生,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zisheng Shenqi Decoction on relieving gouty arthritis by regulating in-flammatory factors.Methods A total of 126patients with gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital from February 2019to February 2021were randomly divided into the observation group(n=64)treated with Zisheng Shenqi Decoction combined with benzbrom-arone,and the control group(n=62)treated with benzbromarone only.The levels of proinflammatory factors,clinical manifes-tation scores,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of proinflammatory factors in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the ser-um levels of IL-6,IL-17and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical manifestation scores in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<O.05),and the clinical manifestation scores of joint pain,joint tenderness and joint swelling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were 2cases of nausea and vomiting,lcase of headache in the observation group,2cases of diarrhea,5cases of nausea and vomiting and 3cases of headache in the control group.The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.69%,which was significantly lower than 16.13%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 87.10%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Zisheng Shenqi Decoction is effective in treating patients with gouty arthritis.It can improve the level of serum inflammatory factors and the score of related clinical manifestations,and also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of being widely popularized in the clinical application.
