针灸治疗颈部脊髓损伤康复期患者的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:基于功能恢复情况探究针灸治疗在颈部脊髓损伤(CSCI)患者康复期的应用价值。方法:选择2020年2月~2022年2月在本院就诊的118例CSCI患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组(59例)和针灸组(59例),常规组采用常规康复治疗,针灸组在常规康复治疗的基础上联合针灸治疗。比较治疗后两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分、功能综合评定(FCA)量表评分、脊髓功能量表评分、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果:治疗后,针灸组总有效率为93.22%,高于常规组的76.27%(P<0.05);两组MBI评分和FCA评分均高于治疗前,且针灸组高于常规组(P<0.05);两组神经功能各项评分均高于治疗前,且针灸组高于常规组(P<0.05);两组IL-1β和IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且针灸组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸应用于CSCI患者康复期中,可以提高临床疗效,改善日常生活能力和脊髓运动、感觉、触觉功能,抑制炎症反应。Objective:To explore the application value of acupuncture in the rehabilitation period of patients with cervical spinal cord injury(CSCI)based on functional recovery.Methods A total of 118patients with CSCI treated in the hospital were en-rolled as the research objects between February 2020and February 2022.They were randomly divided into routine group(59cases,routine rehabilitation therapy)and acupuncture group(59cases,rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture).The clinical curative effect after treatment,scores of modified Barthel index(MBI),functional comprehensive assessment(FCA)scale and spinal cord function scale,levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,total effective rate in acupuncture group was higher than that in routine group(93.22%vs 76.27%)(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of MBI and FCA in both groups were increased,and the scores of MBI and FCA in the acupuncture group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of nerve function in both groups were increased,and the scores of neurological function in the acupuncture group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-1βand IL-6in both groups were decreased,which were lower in acu-puncture group than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture in the rehabilitation period of CSCI pa-tients can improve clinical curative effect,activities of daily living,spinal motor,sensory and tactile functions,and inhibit in-flammatory response.
