摘　　要：农村资源资本化的实现需要村集体的参与,资源资本化可赋予农村集体经济新的发展内涵,提供新的发展思路。文章以三个村庄为研究对象,以“资源共建—资产确权—资本增值”为脉络,探究资源资本化如何促进新型农村集体经济发展。多案例分析表明:乡村资源资本化的实现需要通过多元主体联动进行资源整合,开发资源的经济价值,打造乡村发展的资源基础;需要以农村集体经济组织为依托,在保障公平参与、激励有效的前提下实现产权清晰化,优化管理体系;更需要通过发展多元业态谋求资源的价值增值,构建产业支撑。The development of the new rural collective economy can be enriched and inspired by the realization of rural resource capitalization,which necessitates the active participation of vllage collectives.This article examines the role of resource capitalization in driving the development of the new rural collective economy within the framework of"resource co-construction-asset right confirmation-capital appreciation."Drawing on three villages as case studies,the research explores how resource capitalization can facilitate the advancement of the new rural collective economy.The findings from the multiple case studies demonstrate that achieving the capitalization of village resources requires the integration of resources through collaboration among various stakeholders,the enhancement of the economic value of resources,and the establishment of a resource foundation for village development.Furthermore,it is crucial to rely on village collective economic organizations to establish clear property rights and optimize the management system while ensuring fair participation and effective incentives.Additionally,the exploration of diverse formats and the pursuit of value-added resources are necessary to build industrial support.
