摘　　要：目的 探讨BiPAP联合纳洛酮治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴肺性脑病患者血气指标以及昏迷程度的影响。方法 94例COPD伴肺性脑病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用BiPAP治疗,观察组采用BiPAP联合纳洛酮治疗,比较两组的动脉血气指标和昏迷程度。结果 治疗3 d后,观察组的PaO_(2)、 pH、 GCS评分均显著高于对照组,PaCO_(2)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 BiPAP联合纳洛酮治疗可有效改善COPD伴肺性脑病患者的血气指标,有助于促进患者意识恢复。Objective To explore the impact of BiPAP combined with naloxone treatment on blood gas indicators and coma degree in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with pulmonary encephalopathy.Methods 94 patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary encephalopathy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with BiPAP,and the observation group was treated with BiPAP combined with naloxone.The arterial blood gas indicators and coma degree were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days of treatment,PaO_(2),pH and GCS score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and PaCO_(2) was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions BiPAP combined with naloxone treatment can effectively improve the blood gas indicators of patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary encephalopathy,and can help promote the recovery of patients'consciousness.
