摘 要:目的 探讨CPAP呼吸机联合枸橼酸咖啡因治疗早产儿频发呼吸暂停的效果及对血β-内啡肽的影响。方法 104例频发呼吸暂停早产儿随机分为两组,对照组采用CPAP呼吸机治疗,观察组采用CPAP呼吸机联合枸橼酸咖啡因治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后的血气指标、血β-内啡肽水平。结果 治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率、血氧分压均显著高于对照组,二氧化碳分压、血β-内啡肽水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CPAP呼吸机联合枸橼酸咖啡因治疗频发呼吸暂停早产儿效果显著,可优化血气指标,降低血β-内啡肽水平。Objective To explore the effect of CPAP ventilator combined with caffeine citrate in the treatment of premature infants with frequent apnea and its impact on bloodβ-endorphin.Methods 104 premature infants with frequent apnea were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with CPAP ventilator,and the observation group was treated with CPAP ventilator combined with caffeine citrate.The treatment effect,and the blood gas indicators and bloodβ-endorphin levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment and blood oxygen partial pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the carbon dioxide partial pressure and bloodβ-endorphin level were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CPAP ventilator combined with caffeine citrate has significant effect in the treatment of premature infants with frequent apnea,which can optimize blood gas indicators and reduce bloodβ-endorphin level.
