摘　　要：目的 探讨方块形缝合治疗剖宫产后出血的效果及对患者预后的影响。方法 120例剖宫产后出血患者随机分为两组各60例,对照组采用纱布填塞止血,观察组采用方块形缝合止血,比较两组的止血效果及预后。结果 观察组的止血总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量、产后24 h总出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后宫腔及切口感染发生率低于对照组,产后恶露排出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 方块形缝合治疗剖宫产后出血的效果较好,可减少术中及产后出血量,降低并发症发生率,促进产妇恢复。Objective To explore the effect of block suture in the treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section and its impact on the prognosis of patients.Methods 120 patients with hemorrhage after cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gauze packing for hemostasis,and the observation group was treated with block suture for hemostasis.The hemostatic effect and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss amount and total blood loss amount within 24 h after delivery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative uterine cavity and incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rate of postpartum lochia discharge was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Block suture in the treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section has good effect,which can reduce the amount of intraoperative and postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote maternal recovery.
