摘　　要：目的 探讨基于循证理论的疼痛护理在环形混合痔患者术后的应用效果。方法 100例环形混合痔患者按照入组顺序分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于循证理论的疼痛护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的术后24 h、 48 h VAS评分低于对照组,疼痛控制满意度各维度评分低于对照组,自我管理能力各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于循证理论的疼痛护理可减轻环形混合痔患者的术后疼痛感,提高患者对疼痛控制的满意度,增强患者的自我管理能力。Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing based on evidence-based theory in patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids after surgery.Methods 100 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pain nursing based on evidence-based theory on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS scores at 24 h and 48 h after surgery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of each dimension of pain control satisfaction degree were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of each dimension of self-management ability were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pain nursing based on evidence-based theory can reduce postoperative pain of patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids,improve patients'satisfaction degree with pain control,and enhance patients'self-management ability.
