摘　　要：目的 探讨心理干预联合康复护理用于心脏移植患者的临床价值。方法 68例心脏移植患者随机分为两组各34例。术后,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理干预联合康复护理。比较两组的负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后3个月,观察组的SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.06%,显著高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。结论 心理干预联合康复护理应用于心脏移植术后患者的效果较好,可改善患者的负性情绪,提高其生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation nursing applied in patients with heart transplantation.Methods 68 patients with heart transplantation were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation nursing.The negative emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after nursing,the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.06%,significantly higher than 76.47%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation nursing applied in patients after heart transplantation has good effect,which can improve the negative emotions of patients,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree.
