循证护理结合心脏康复护理干预在心脏起搏器植入术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理结合心脏康复护理干预在心脏起搏器植入术后患者中的应用效果。方法80例心脏起搏器植入术后患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用循证护理结合心脏康复护理干预,比较两组的生活质量及并发症。结果干预后,观察组的躯体功能、一般健康状况、社会功能、心理健康评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理结合心脏康复护理干预可明显提升心脏起搏器植入术后患者的生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods 80 patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of physical function,general health status,social function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation and reduce the incidence of complications.
