摘　　要：2023年9月7日,雅加达尊敬的佐科总统,各位同事:很高兴与大家相聚在美丽的“椰城”。感谢佐科总统和印尼政府为本次会议所作的周到安排。当今世界日益纷繁复杂,更好地观察世界、认识世界,既要有全球视野,又要有历史眼光,这样才能透过现象看本质,把握规律看趋势。对东亚而言,无论纵览国际风云变幻,还是回顾自身发展历程,都能深刻感悟到一个事实,就是和平与发展弥足珍贵,始终是各国人民最为长久的期盼和根本利益所在。Jakarta,September7,2023Your Excellency President Joko Widodo,Colleagues,It gives me great pleasure to join you in the beautiful city of Jakarta.I wish to thank President Joko Widodo and the government of Indonesia for the thoughtful arrangements made for this meeting.We live in an increasingly complex world.To better observe and understand the world,we need both a global vision and a historical perspective.This is the way to see through the surface,and grasp the essence,the pattern and the trend.
