摘　　要：为促进工艺人员设计能力水平的提升,提高工艺文件编制符合性和操作指导性,要求工艺人员全面掌握产品制造所需的物料及技术数据信息(包括:人、机、料、法、环、测、技术数据、质量要求等),科学、合理、经济、高效的进行产品工艺设计,按照数字化、结构化、规模化、规范化、标准化等要求编制工艺规程,以便更好地指导产品制造工作,开展了基于TeamCenter系统的装配结构化工艺文件编制的探索与实践。In order to promote the improvement of the design ability level of the craftsmen,improve the compliance and operation guidance of the crafting documents,the craftsmen were required to fully grasp the materials and technical data information required for product manufacturing(including man,machine,material,method,environment,technical data,quality requirements,etc.).The product process design was carried out scientifically,reasonably,economically and efficiently.The process regulations were formulated according to the requirements of digitization,structuring,refinement,quantification,standardization,etc.,so as to better guide product manufacturing work.The exploration and practicing of the compilation of the assembly structured process file based on the TeamCenter system was carried out.
