环保型多元醇锡在钡锌复合热稳定剂中的应用

摘　　要：通过对比几种复合热稳定剂的静态、流变加工性能和抗析出性能,发现加入环保型多元醇锡能使钡锌热稳定剂具有优良的静态热稳定性、流变加工性和抗析出性能。通过环保指标测试,发现钡锌热稳定剂符合欧盟RoHS指令以及国家环保要求,适应去铅、去镉的趋势需求。By comparing the static and rheological processing properties and precipitation resistance of several composite thermal stabilizers,it is found that the addition of eco-friendly polyol tin can enhance the static thermal stability,rheological processability,and precipitation resistance of barium zinc heat stabilizers.Environmental indicator testing instructions show that the product meets the EU RoHS directive and national environmental requirements,adapt to the trend demand of removing lead and cadmium.
