摘  要:老化变色现象在塑料材料及制品的生产、加工、贮存、使用过程中广泛存在,也是塑料原料的一项质量指标,受到生产者、制造商和用户的高度关注。文章着重研究了塑料材料变色的内因、外因和宏观变化现象,以及典型抗氧剂1010、168长期曝光颜色变化特性,并对不同抗氧剂在聚丙烯中的应用及其协同作用进行了深入实验研究,开发了解决塑料黄变的专用绿色高效复合助剂,可高效消除自由基,减少加工过程中有色基团的产生,获得了突出的颜色稳定性应用效果。Aging discoloration widely existing in the production,processing,storage and use of plastic materials and products.It is also a quality index for plastic raw materials,which is highly concerned by producers,manufacturers,and users.This paper focuses on the internal and external causes and macro changes of discoloration of plastic materials,as well as the color change characteristics of typical antioxidants 1010 and 168 after long-term exposure.In addition,the application of different antioxidants in polypropylene and their synergistic effects were studied in-depth.The developed special green and high-efficiency composite additive for plastic yellowing can effectively eliminate free radicals,reduce the production of colored groups in the processing process,and help achieve outstanding color stability application effects.
