摘 要:为研究再生沥青性能及再生机理,制备了不同老化程度(70#R85、70#R170、70#R340)的老化沥青及不同再生剂种类(植物油、矿物油)和再生剂掺量的再生沥青,通过三大指标、粘度等研究老化及再生对沥青的常规性能的影响,分析常规指标对老化的敏感性,采用复数模量、相位角指标对沥青的流变性能进行研究,最后通过红外光谱从微观角度对沥青老化再生机理进行分析。结果表明:沥青低温性能随老化程度的加深而降低,高温稳定性提高,各指标对老化的敏感性不同,粘度>延度>针入度>软化点,沥青老化后弹性成分增多,再生剂的加入调节了沥青的粘弹比例,恢复老化沥青部分流变特性。老化程度较重的沥青组分结构恢复较困难,植物油在溶解老化沥青的沥青质方面优于矿物油。老化过程中沥青发生氧化、缩合和脱氢等自由基反应,在1 700 cm~(-1)处出现羰基特征峰。同时亚砜基S=O和羰基O-H官能团峰值在基质沥青基础上有所增强。同时再生剂调节老化沥青的特征官能团含量,并与老化沥青发生化学还原反应。根据研究结果,对于轻、中度老化沥青再生剂推荐掺量范围为质量分数5%~7%,对重度老化沥青再生剂推荐掺量范围为质量分数9%~11%。In order to study the performance and regeneration mechanism of recycled asphalt,the article prepared aged asphalt with different aging degrees(70#R85,70#R170,70#R340)and different types of regenerants(vegetable oil,mineral oil)and regenerant content recycled asphalt.Through the penetration,ductility,softening point,viscosity and other indicators to study the effect of aging and regeneration on the conventional properties of asphalt,and analyze the sensitivity of conventional indicators to aging,which by using complex modulus and phase angle index to study the rheological properties of asphalt,and finally analyze the aging and regeneration mechanism from a microscopic point of view by infrared spectroscopy.The results show that as the aging degree of asphalt increases,the low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt deteriorates;the high temperature stability increases,the sensitivity of each index to aging is different,that is,viscosity > ductility > penetration > softening point,with the addition of regenerant changes,the viscoelastic ratio of the aged asphalt is recovered,and the rheological properties of the aged asphalt are restored.Under the same content of rejuvenating agent,it is more difficult to recover the structure of asphalt components with heavier aging degree,and vegetable oil is better than mineral oil in dissolving asphaltenes of aging asphalt.During the aging process,free radical reactions such as oxidation,condensation and dehydrogenation occurred in the asphalt,and the characteristic peak of carbonyl appeared at 1 700 cm -1 . At the same time,the peaks of sulfoxide S=O and carbonyl O-H functional groups are enhanced on the basis of base asphalt.At the same time,the regenerant adjusts the characteristic functional group content of the aged asphalt,and undergoes a chemical reduction reaction with the aged asphalt.According to the research results,the recommended content of rejuvenating agent for light and moderately aged asphalt is 5%~7%,and the recommended content of rejuvenating agent for se
