摘 要:将硅酸盐水泥和快硬硫铝酸盐水泥以不同比例互掺配制复合水泥,通过添加发泡剂制备发泡混凝土,并测试了其相关性能。结果表明:普通硅酸盐水泥和快硬硫铝酸盐水泥互掺可以加速水泥的水化,并减少其凝结时间。当快硬硫铝酸盐水泥和硅酸盐水泥以质量比7∶3互掺时,凝结时间最快、力学性能最好;快硬硫铝酸盐水泥掺入比例在质量分数30%~60%之间时,复合水泥的强度存在低值区域,为保证复合水泥的强度,应避开其低值区域;当发泡剂质量分数为2%时,混凝土孔径结构均匀致密;当发泡剂质量分数为3%时,发泡混凝土内部的气泡壁出现破裂,部分气泡融合或溢出,气泡壁重新融合变厚,孔径结构离散型增大,毛细孔和大孔增多,导致其抗压强度和吸水率都有所升高。In this paper,portland cement and fast hard sulphoaluminate cement were mixed with each other in different proportions to prepare composite cement,and then foaming agent was added to prepare foamed concrete,the related properties were tested.The results show that the hydration of cement can be accelerated and the setting time can be reduced by the mutual mixing of ordinary silicate cement and fast hard sulphoaluminate cement.When the mass ratio of fast hard sulphoaluminate cement and portland cement was 7∶3,the setting time was the fastest and the mechanical properties were the best.When the ratio of fast hard sulfoaluminate cement was between 30%~60%,the strength of composite cement has a low value area.In order to ensure the strength of composite cement,the low value area should be avoided.When the dosage of foaming agent for 2%,the concrete structure of aperture uniform density.When the dosage of foaming agent for 3%,bubble wall inside the foam concrete is ruptured,part of the bubbles are fused or overflowed,and the bubble wall re-merges and thickens,so the pore size structure is discrete and large,the capiuaries and macroporous increase,resulting in an increase in its compressive strength and water absorption.
