摘 要:阐述一种半开放磁路的磁芯结构特点,次级绕组通过C型绕法和先整流再串联的方法,使其上电压由低至高沿径向向内逐层增大,减小了高压绝缘距离和变压器体积。通过Dowell公式和磁芯损耗表计算变压器损耗,使用Ansys Icepak软件对不同损耗下的变压器温度进行仿真,根据仿真结果进行变压器的优化,设计了一个80kV半开放磁芯变压器。This paper describes a semi open magnetic core structure,in which the secondary winding is wound in a C-type winding method and rectified before being connected in series.The voltage on it increases layer by layer radially from low to high,reducing the high-voltage insulation distance and transformer volume.The transformer losses were calculated using the Dowell formula and the magnetic core loss table.Ansys Icepak software was used to simulate the temperature of the transformer under different losses.Based on the simulation results,the transformer was optimized and an 80kV semi open magnetic core transformer was designed.
