摘　　要：阐述传统电网限电方式中的问题和影响,探讨一种保障电网运行的限电技术应用方案,包括两表信息全面准确动态获取、两表民生用户动态校核、两表容量动态校核、限电方案智能编制、限电方案程序化执行,应用数据的分析表明,此方案的研究达到了预期效果。This paper expounds the problems and impacts of traditional power grid power rationing methods,and explores an application scheme of power rationing technology to ensure the operation of the power grid,including comprehensive and accurate dynamic acquisition of two meter information,dynamic verification of two meter users' livelihood,dynamic verification of two meter capacity,intelligent compilation of power rationing schemes,and programmed execution of power rationing schemes.The analysis of application data shows that the research of this scheme has achieved the expected effect.
