清热解感方联合祛火散穴位贴敷治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎风热乘脾型32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清热解感方联合祛火散穴位贴敷治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎风热乘脾型的临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月至2021年10月于福州市中医院儿科治疗的64例疱疹性咽峡炎风热乘脾型患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组予四季抗病毒合剂口服,治疗组予中药口服联合穴位贴敷治疗,2组均连续治疗5 d后统计疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.75%(30/32),明显高于对照组的84.38%(27/32),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组服用退热药的次数明显少于对照组,且治疗组热退时间及疱疹消失时间均明显短于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论清热解感方联合祛火散穴位贴敷治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎风热乘脾型,不仅疗效显著,且可减少服用退热药次数,明显缩短热退及疱疹消失时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Jiegan Fang(清热解感方) combined with Quhuo SAN(祛火散) acupoint application in the treatment of pediatric herpetic angina with wind-heat invading the spleen syndrome.Methods From June 2020 to October 2021,64 cases of herpetic angina with wind-heat invading the spleen syndrome treated in the pediatrics department of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given Siji Kangbingdu Heji(四季抗病毒合剂) orally,and the treatment group was given Qingre Jiegan Fang combined with Quhuo San acupoint application.After 5 days of continuous treatment,the curative effect of both groups was statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%(30/32),significantly higher than the control group's 84.38%(27/32).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of taking antipyretic drugs in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the time of fever regression and herpes disappearance in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Qingre Jiegan Fang combined with Quhuosan acupoint application in the treatment of pediatric herpetic angina with wind-heat invading the spleen syndrome is not only effective,but also can reduce the frequency of taking antipyretic drugs,shorten the time of fever regression and herpes disappearance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
