摘　　要：查阅近5年中医药治疗小儿功能性腹痛(FAP)的相关文献,从病因病机、辨证分型及内外治法等方面进行了总结,认为尽管中医内外治法联合使用具有见效快、疗效显著及安全性高、复发率低等优势,但今后应加强对其发病机制的研究,规范临床辨证分型,通过大数据、大样本、多中心的研究,为中医药的治疗提供循证医学的支撑。After reviewing the relevant literature on the treatment of pediatric functional abdominal pain(FAP) with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years,a summary was made from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and classification,as well as internal and external treatment methods.It is believed that although the combination of internal and external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine has advantages such as fast response,significant efficacy,high safety,and low recurrence rate,it is necessary to increase research on its pathogenesis in the future,standardize clinical syndrome differentiation and classification,and conduct research through big data,large samples,and multiple centers,in order to provide evidence-based medicine support for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
