摘　　要：通过对中医药治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎的相关文献进行系统整理和归纳总结,分别从病因病机、中医内治法、中医外治法、针灸疗法等多方面综述了近年来中医药治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎的临床研究进展,认为中医药在本病的治疗过程中标本兼治、疗效肯定,体现了中医整体观念及辨证论治的独特优势。但目前尚存在样本量偏少、缺乏多中心研究、缺乏外部队列研究验证、疗效评定标准各异等问题。因此,后续应进行大样本、多中心的随机对照试验研究,同时开展中医药治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎的机制研究,以期优化中医药及中西医结合治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎的治疗方案,并为临床提供循证医学证据。By systematically sorting out and summarizing the relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of children chronic tonsillitis,the clinical research progress of TCM treatment of children chronic tonsillitis in recent years was reviewed from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,TCM internal treatment,TCM external treatment,acupuncture therapy and so on.It is believed that TCM can treat both the symptoms and root causes of the disease in the course of treatment,and the curative effect is positive,which reflects the idea of treating the human body as a whole and the unique advantages of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation.However,there are still some problems,such as small sample size,lack of multi-center studies,lack of external cohort studies and different evaluation criteria.Therefore,a large sample,multi-center randomized controlled trial study should be conducted in the future,and the mechanism of TCM treatment of chronic tonsillitis in children should be studied at the same time,so as to optimize the treatment plan of TCM and integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis in children,and provide evidence-based medical cases for clinical practice.
