摘　　要：住院期间功能下降在老年心脏手术患者中普遍存在,与多种不良结局密切相关。该文对老年心脏手术患者住院期间功能下降发生现状及不良预后、评估工具、评估时机、影响因素等进行综述,并提出进一步改善住院期间功能下降的建议,以期为临床医护人员探索适合的评估工具,早期识别老年心脏手术患者住院期间功能下降风险及制订个性化的康复干预措施提供参考。Hospital-acquired functional decline is common in elderly patients undergoing cardiac surgery,and it is closely related to a variety of adverse outcomes.This article reviews the current situation,adverse prognosis,assessment tools,assessment timing and influencing factors of hospital-acquired functional decline in elderly patients undergoing cardiac surgery,and also makes recommendations for further improvement of hospital-acquired functional decline,in order to provide a reference for clinical medical and nursing staff to explore suitable assessment tools,early identify the risk of hospital-acquired functional decline in elderly patients undergoing cardiac surgery and formulate personalized rehabilitation interventions.
