摘 要:目的 手性对映异构体的理化性质几乎完全相同,但光学、生化和药理活性却往往不同,对该类化合物的选择性识别显得尤为重要。荧光检测法因操作简单、耗时短、灵敏度高等优点被广泛用于手性识别中,但传统荧光化合物受聚集诱导荧光淬灭(ACQ)效应限制,不利于该类手性荧光探针的发展。因此,制备聚集诱导发光(AIE)型的手性荧光探针,实现手性识别具有极其重要的研究意义。方法 将手性环己二胺与四苯乙烯活化端炔通过点击反应键连,制备同时含有手性和聚集诱导发光特性的荧光化合物。通过核磁、质谱等数据确定化合物结构后,用荧光光谱研究该化合物的发光性能和手性识别能力。结果与结论本文制备的手性目标化合物均具有AIE活性,且可以实现6对手性化合物的对映选择性识别。Purposes—To prepare the chiral fluorescent probe with Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)property to enantiorecognition due to the fact:the physical and chemical properties of chiral enantiomers are almost identical,but their optical,biochemical and pharmacological activities are often different.Therefore,the selective identification of chiral enantiomers is particularly important.The fluorescence detection method has been widely used in chiral recognition because of its advantages of simple operation,short time and high sensitivity.However,traditional fluorescent compounds suffer from the Aggregation-caused Quenching(ACQ)effect,which limited the development of chiral fluorescent probes.Methods—Chiral cyclohexylenediamine and tetraphenylethene(TPE)activated terminal acetylene were bonded by click reaction to prepare fluorescent compounds with chiral and AIE properties.After the structure of the compound was confirmed by NMR and MS data,the luminescent properties and chiral recognition ability of the fluorescent compound were investigated by fluorescence spectrum.Result and Conclusion—The constructed chiral compounds show obvious AIE properties and enantioselective recognition of 6 pairs of chiral analysts.
