摘 要:中国海上稠油资源丰富,渤海油田探明储量一半以上为稠油,如何高效开发是目前面临的难题。总结了中国海上稠油油田资源特征、有效开发方式、海上热采开发特点和技术挑战;系统阐述了现阶段中国海油海上稠油热采开发取得的新理论和关键技术,包括海上大井距高强度热采开发理论、高强度注采及长效防砂技术和适应海上稠油热采的平台高度集成技术等;分析了目前渤海4个典型稠油油田热采开发情况;最后为持续推动海上稠油热采向规模化开发迈进,从进一步提高热采采收率、降低热采开发成本和提高稠油热采储量动用率等方面对海上稠油规模化热采上产进行了展望。本文研究对于未来海上稠油油藏大规模热采开发实践具有重要指导意义。The reserves of offshore heavy oil resources are abundant in China.In Bohai oil field,above one half of the explored oil reserves belongs to heavy oil.Therefore,how to effectively develop these offshore heavy oil reservoirs are the current difficulties we face.In this paper,the characterization,effective development methods,development features and technique challenges of offshore heavy oil fields in China are summarized.A systemic description on the current new theories and key technologies obtained during the thermal recovery process of offshore heavy oil reservoirs by CNOOC are also provided.They include a development theory of large well-spacing and high strength thermal recovery process in offshore,a technology of high injection-production capacity and long-term sand controlling,and an integrated technology applied to the offshore platform during thermal recovery process.The recovery performance of the four typical offshore heavy oil fields in Bohai Bay is also analyzed.Finally,three different prospects are proposed in order to further proceed with the large-scale implementation on the thermal recovery process of offshore heavy oil fields.They include a further enhancement on the oil recovery factor,a further reduction on the cost of thermal recovery process,and a further increase on the unlocked heavy oil reserves.This paper provides important guidance on the future expansion on the thermal development of offshore heavy oil reservoirs.
