摘  要:为了大幅提高地层黏度150 mPa·s以上稠油采收率,设计研制出一种能有效提高水相黏度和降低油相黏度的稠油活化剂。通过旋转滴张力仪、接触角仪、黏度计和岩心驱替等手段考察了活化剂强化原油洗脱、长程长效降黏及动态驱调提高采收率机理。结果表明,岩石-油-水三相体系中活化剂溶液在岩石表面接触角为27°,油水界面张力降至0.68 mN/m;相对于模拟水,活化剂使得油滴在石英表面的黏附功减小99%,促进吸附在岩石表面的油滴洗脱。现场受效井取样分析结果表明,活化剂具有油藏尺度及“活化水驱+后续水驱”全开发周期的“拆解”及“分散”二阶长程长效降黏作用,二阶复合降黏率87.2%。三层非均质岩心、平板均质岩心驱替实验表明,活化剂兼具水/油流度同调扩大波及、强化洗油及分散体系动态驱调提高采收率作用,提高采收率幅度分别达21.1、12.7个百分点。建立了稠油活化水驱两相三组分数学模型,通过室内实验结果反演验证了模型的准确性。选取渤海S油田边部井组开展了稠油活化水驱试验,取得了预期控水增油效果,验证了活化水驱作用机理及技术可行性、可推广性。To effectively enhance recovery of heavy oil with apparent viscosity more than 150 mPa·s,a heavy oil activator which can extremely improve aqueous phase viscosity and reduce oleic phase viscosity was designed and developed.The mechanism of enhanced oil elution,long-term viscosity reduction,dynamic profile control and oil displacement with activator for enhancing oil recovery were investigated by rotary drop tensimeter,contact angle meter,viscometer and core flooding experiments.The results indicate that the contact angle between activator solution and rock surface is 27°in rock-oil-water three-phase system.Activator can reduce the oil-water interfacial tension to 0.68 mN/m.Compared with simulated water,activator is able to reduce the adhesion of oil droplets on the quartz surface by 99%,thus promoting desorption of oil droplets from the rock surface.Field sampling analysis indicates that activator performs well in long-term viscosity reduction of disassembling and dispersion during the whole oil displacement period in reservoir scale with a comprehensive viscosity reduction rate of 87.2%.The activator is functioned with water/oil mobility improvement,enhanced oil elution,and dynamic profile control and oil displacement with disperse system which is able to achieve long-term oil recovery enhancement.Activator core flooding experiments show that the recovery rates are enhanced by 21.1%and 12.7%for three-layer heterogeneous cores and flat-plate homogeneous cores,respectively.A two-phase three-component mathematical model for activator flooding was established and its accuracy was verified by inversion of experimental results.The well group trial of activator flooding in S oilfield has achieved a decent result.The expected performance on the oil increment and water reduction effects verifies the EOR mechanism of the activator as well as the feasibility and extensibility of the activator flooding.
