摘  要:陆上稠油热采技术已相对成熟,但由于海上特殊作业环境,海上稠油开发面临经济门槛高、安全性要求高等难题。针对如何促进海上稠油油田经济有效且安全开发等问题,结合旅大21-2、旅大5-2北(一期)等海上稠油热采项目,对海上稠油热采的相关方案及工程技术展开了研究,主要包括:注热和采油方式选择、蒸汽锅炉选型、蒸汽锅炉水源选择及处理、稠油高效处理与输送、热采伴生气体危害性组分研究及安全与防腐应对、平台形式与井口布置等。研究成果有效支持了旅大21-2和旅大5-2北等稠油油田的热采开发,验证了相关技术的可行性,并为其他海上稠油油田热采开发提供了借鉴。The onshore thermal recovery technologies for heavy oil are relatively mature,but due to the special offshore operating environment,offshore heavy oil development faces new challenges such as high economic barriers and high safety requirements.Regarding how to promote the economic,effective,and safe development of offshore heavy oil fields,this study presents the heavy oil development scheme and engineering technologies applied in offshore oilfields,based on built offshore heavy oilfields,such as LD21-2,LD5-2N,and etc.The selection of steam injection method,oil extraction method,steam generator model,selection and treatment of water source for steam generator,the effective treatment and transportation of heavy oil,the safety and corrosion scheme for thermal cracking gas with hazardous composition,platform type and wellhead layout were conducted,which effectively support the development of LD21-2 heavy oilfield and LD5-2N super heavy oilfield and verified the feasibility of the above technologies.The relevant research results can provide reference for the thermal recovery of other offshore heavy oilfields.
