摘　　要：含氟聚酰亚胺相比普通聚酰亚胺具有更加优异的性能,广泛应用于各种功能性薄膜。从含氟聚酰亚胺薄膜的专利申请趋势、地域分布和申请人排名等方面进行了数据统计分析,并概述了含氟聚酰亚胺薄膜的主要应用领域和国内重要申请人的研发方向,有助于国内相关企业对该领域的技术发展有较为全面的了解。Fluorinated polyimide has more excellent performance than ordinary polyimide and widely used in various functional thin films.The data were statistically analyzed from the aspects of patent application trend,regional distribution and applicant ranking of fluorinated polyimide thin film.The main application fields of fluorinated polyimide thin film and the research and development direction of important domestic applicants were summarized.It is helpful for domestic enterprises to have a comprehensive understanding of the technical development in this field.
