摘 要:泰和水厂臭氧接触池出水管采用双面不锈钢冶金复合钢管,其由双面不锈钢冶金复合板卷焊而成,可充分发挥碳钢基层的力学性能及不锈钢覆层的防锈(腐)性能。对不锈钢冶金复合钢管在给水领域中应用的工程应用、标准规范现状及泰和水厂应用情况进行介绍,并采用有限元数值计算模型对碳钢钢管和双面不锈钢冶金复合钢管的应力和变形进行计算和对比。结果发现本工程所采用双面不锈钢冶金复合钢管和原设计碳钢钢管,在相同的工作条件下管道应力、变形均比较接近,均可满足规范要求。最后对不锈钢冶金复合钢管在给水领域中的应用前景进行了展望。The outlet pipe of the ozone contact tank at Taihe Water Plant is made of double-sided stainless steel metallurgical composite steel pipe.This pipe is formed by rolling and welding double-sided stainless steel metallurgical composite plates,allowing it to fully utilize the mechanical properties of the carbon steel base while also benefiting from the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel cladding.This paper introduces the general application of stainless steel metallurgical composite steel pipe in water supply engineering,the current status of standards and specifications,and its application at Taihe Water Plant.Finite element numerical models are used to calculate and compare the stress and deformation of carbon steel pipelines and double-sided stainless steel metallurgical composite pipelines.The results shows that both types of pipelines with the same wall thickness exhibit similar stress and deformation under the same working conditions,thereby meeting the requirements of the specifications.Lastly,the potential applications of stainless steel metallurgical composite steel pipes in water supply engineering are discussed.
