摘 要:基于某火电厂较好的岩土工程条件,提出塔式锅炉采用天然地基的箱形基础设计方案,以解决差异沉降、项目建设工期等矛盾。采用有限元法对塔式锅炉箱形基础地基承载力、沉降变形及构件受力进行计算分析,并与倒楼盖算法、专用结构程序BOX算法进行对比,验证了有限元法的合理及可靠性,为相似工程提供参考。Based on the favorable geotechnical engineering conditions of a certain thermal power plant,a box foundation design scheme using natural foundation was proposed for tower boilers to solve contradictions such as differential settlement and project construction period.The finite element method was used to calculate and analyze the foundation bearing capacity,settlement deformation,and component stress of the tower boiler box foundation.The results were compared with the inverted floor algorithm and the special structural program BOX algorithm,verifying the rationality and reliability of finite element method.And it could provide reference for similar projects.
