摘　　要：采用三维激光扫描法检定铁路罐车容积时,罐车内加液管的遮挡会影响扫描质量及罐体内表面三维立体结构的准确复现。针对这些问题,根据GQ80铁路罐车的设计特点,在激光发射点与模拟加液管之间多距离情况下进行铁路罐车罐体三维激光扫描试验,试验方案涵盖目前装有加液管所有类型铁路罐车,为推广使用三维激光扫描法检定装有加液管铁路罐车容积提供试验数据。When using the three-dimensional laser scanning method to verify the volume of rail tankers,the shield⁃ing of the tube for filling liquids in the tanker will affect the scanning quality and the accurate reproduction of the three-dimensional structure on the inner surface of the tank.To solve these problems,according to the design charac⁃teristics of GQ80 rail tanker,three-dimensional laser scanning test of the tank of rail tanker was carried out under the condition of multi-distance between laser transmitting point and the simulated tube for filling liquids.The test scheme covers all types of rail tankers equipped with the tube for filling liquids at present,so as to provide test data for promoting the use of three-dimensional laser scanning method to verify the volume of rail tankers equipped with the tube for filling liquids.
