摘 要:为提升轨道测量和捣固作业效率,应用轨检仪指导大型养路机械实施数字化精捣作业。针对铁路轨道检查仪在大型养路机械实施数字化精捣作业时,存在的推行起点与曲线四大桩点里程不一致、通过道岔有害空间影响测量数据准确性等问题,提出规范铁路轨道检查仪作业流程和制作专用工装消除有害空间等措施。经现场运用统计,利用轨检仪形成机捣方案进行机捣作业,作业效率明显提升,TQI降比比较明显。In order to improve the efficiency of track measurement and tamping operation,the inspecting instrument for railway track is applied to guide rail heavy-duty maintenance machinery to implement digital fine tamping opera⁃tions.In response to the problems of the inspecting instrument for railway track in the implementation of digital fine pounding operations in large road maintenance machinery,such as inconsistency between four pile point mileage and the implementation starting point,the accuracy of measurement data through the turnout harmful space affect,the measures are proposed,induding standardize operation process of inspecting instrument for railway track and the pro⁃duction of special tooling to eliminate harmful space.After field application statistics,efficiency of machine tamping operations is significantly improved,TQI drop ratio is obvious by the use of the inspecting instrument for railway track to form a machine tamping program.
