摘　　要：由于现行的地方铁路机车车辆验收管理模式不能完全满足地方铁路工作需要和信息化发展要求,构建铁地方铁路机车车辆检修质量验收管理信息系统。分析现状,确定系统功能目标。详细阐述系统组成、功能、应用架构、技术架构、网络接入和数据接口等。以验收管理、资质管理等功能模块为例,说明检修质量验收管理信息系统的应用。检修质量验收管理信息系统已在国能铁路装备有限责任公司以及分公司应用,应用效果表明,该系统可以实现对地方铁路机车车辆检修质量验收过程的管理,并与铁路货车技术管理信息系统、铁路货车“状态修”健康状态诊断模型及状态监测维修系统的数据信息交互和共享。The existing inspection and acceptance mode of rolling stock in local railway can no longer fully meet the needs of work,and does not meet the requirements of information development,the inspection and acceptance man⁃agement information system of rolling stock maintenance quality in local railway is constructed.By analyzing the pres⁃ent situation,the functional objectives of the system are determined.The composition,function,application architec⁃ture,technical architecture,network access,data interface of the system are elaborated in detail.The application of the system is illustrated by taking the functional modules such as inspection and acceptance management and qualifica⁃tion management as examples.The application effect of the system in China Energy Railway Equipment Co.,Ltd.and its branches shows that the system can realize the management of the process of inspection and acceptance manage⁃ment of rolling stock maintenance quality in local railway,and exchange and share the data information with the rail⁃way freight car technical management information system,the railway freight car"condition repair"health state diag⁃nosis model and condition monitoring and maintenance system.
