摘　　要：道岔是铁路线路的重要组成部分,包含基本轨、尖轨、长心轨、短心轨、翼轨、护轨在内的多种轨件。这些轨件多数需要经过铣削、钻孔等机加工后才能组装使用。在机加工过程中,轨件薄弱部位及其他加工面会出现颜色变化,使轨件表面失去金属光泽,形成蓝色表面,这种现象称为机加工发蓝。分析机加工发蓝可能对道岔轨件产生的影响,并提出相应预防措施。Turnouts are an important component of railway,line consisting of various rail components such as stock rails,switch rails,long center rails,short center rails,wing rails,and guard rails.Most of these rail components re⁃quire machining such as milling and drilling before they can be assembled and used.During the machining process,the weak parts of the rail and other machining surfaces will undergo color changes on the cutting surface,causing the metal surface to lose its metallic luster and form a blue metal surface.This phenomenon is called machining blueing.This article analyzes the possible impact of turning blue during turnout machining on the turnout and proposes corre⁃sponding preventive measures.
