摘 要:由于电气化铁路牵引供电系统接地采用分开接地方式,不同接地系统间的地电位差可能诱发隔离开关执行设备烧毁、牵引变电所整体退出运行等问题。通过分析接触网隔离开关地电位差形成原因,提出增加地电位差抑制装置的措施。地电位差抑制装置是在保护接地系统内部构建一个局部保护接零系统,实现电源系统接地和设备接地共地运行。模拟试验和现场试运行表明,地电位差抑制装置解决了因27.5 kV供电线对杆塔短路或发生雷击闪络引起的地电位抬升,使执行设备地位差增大而造成的设备损坏问题,装置的适用性和防护效果良好。As the grounding of the traction power supply system of the electrified railway adopts separate grounding methods,the ground potential difference between different grounding systems may induce problems such as burning of the executing equipment of isolating switch and overall withdrawal of the traction substation from operation.By analyz⁃ing the formation of ground potential difference in OCS isolating switches,the measure of increasing the ground poten⁃tial difference suppression device is proposed.The ground potential suppression device is equivalent to building a local protective neutral connection system inside the protective grounding system,which realizes the common ground opera⁃tion of power system grounding and equipment grounding.Simulation tests and field operation test show that the prob⁃lem of equipment damage caused by ground potential rise due to 27.5 kV power line short circuit to the tower or light⁃ning flashover,which increases the ground potential difference of the execution equipment,has been solved and the ap⁃plicability and protection effect of the device is good.
