摘　　要：钢轨胶接绝缘接头是铁路线路的重要组成部分,其质量与行车安全密切相关。针对2019—2021年开展的用户委托抽样检测、认证委托检测和生产企业委托送样检测的检测结果,梳理钢轨胶接绝缘接头不符合标准的检测结果,并分析其原因。从夹板的优化、钢轨胶接绝缘接头组装,以及产品一致性控制等方面,提出钢轨胶接绝缘接头质量改进的相应措施。Adhesive insulated rail joint is an important part of the rail line,and its quality is closely related to driv⁃ing safety.Based on the test results of user-commissioned sampling testing,commissioned testing in the certification process and sample delivery testing commissioned by manufacturers from 2019 to 2021,the paper sorts out the test re⁃sults non-conform-ance with the standard of adhesive insulated rail joints and analyzes their causes.The correspond⁃ing measures to improve the quality of adhesive insulated rail joint from the aspects of splint optimization,adhesive in⁃sulated rail joint assembly,and product consistency control are put forward.
