摘　　要：为了保障旅客列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台的量值准确、可靠,依据JJF (CR) 043—2022 《列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台》,提出旅客列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台专用校准装置要求,采用模块化设计和数字化集成技术,开发旅客列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台专用校准装置。介绍旅客列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台专用校准装置组成和校准原理,并进行校准结果不确定度评定。评定结果表明,压力、直流电压、直流电流校准结果不确定度均小于相应参数最大允许误差的1/3,旅客列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台专用校准装置能用于校准旅客列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台。现场应用证明,旅客列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台专用校准装置能自动采集、处理校准数据,输出校准结果,便于现场校准旅客列车尾部安全防护装置主机检测台,提高了校准效率。In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement values of the detection station of the end-of-passenger-train safety equipment host,the requirements of the special calibration device for detection station of the end-of-passenger-train safety equipment host is proposed according to JJF(CR)043—2022 Detection station of the end-of-train safety equipment host.The special calibration device for the detection station of the end-ofpassenger-train safety equipment host is developed by adopting modular design and digital integration technology.The paper introduces the composition and calibration principle of the special calibration device for the detection sta⁃tion of the end-of-passenger-train safety equipment host,and evaluates the uncertainty of the calibration result of the detection station of the end-of-passenger-train safety equipment host.The evaluation results show that the uncer⁃tainty of the calibration results of pressure,DC voltage and DC current is less than 1/3 of the maximum allowable er⁃ror.The special calibration device for detection station of the end-of-passenger-train safety equipment host can be used to calibrate the detection station of the end-of-passenger-train safety equipment host.The field application proves that the special calibration device for the detection station of the end-of-passenger-train safety equipment host can automatically collect and process the calibration data and output the calibration result,which is convenient for on-site calibration and improves the calibration efficiency.
