圆环式标靶在三维激光扫描法检定铁路罐车容积中的应用

摘　　要：Z坐标是通过扫描点云计算铁路罐车容积的基准点。采用三维激光扫描法检定铁路罐车时,需要通过扫描标靶获取检尺点的Z坐标。设计一款圆环式标靶,使激光束直接在铁路罐车罐体内表面反射,应用这种标靶,在后期计算时无需输入标靶高度,而且圆环式标靶具有质量轻、易于平衡放置等优点。对圆环式标靶,与采用圆锥式标靶扫描点云的容积计算结果进行比对,基本一致,符合测量结果不确定度要求。The Z coordinate is the reference point for calculating the volume of railway tank cars through scanning point clouds.When using the three-dimensional laser scanning method to verificate railway tank cars,it is necessary to obtain the Z coordinate of the inspection point through scanning the target.Design a circular target that reflects the laser beam directly on the surface of the railway tank car.By using this target,there is no need to input the target height for later calculation,and the circular target is light and easy to balance.Comparing the volume calculation re⁃sults of the circular target with the scanning point cloud using a conical target,it is basically consistent and meets the uncertainty requirements of the measurement results.
