电气化铁道供电调度管理信息化系统现状及优化建议

摘　　要：目前的电气化铁道供电调度管理信息化系统有铁路供电调度控制系统(铁路SCADA系统)和铁路供电调度智能化管理系统(铁路PDMS) 2个应用系统。供电调度组织架构日趋复杂、人员数量增多、作业范围扩大、作业内容增多的现状,对供电调度管理提出更高要求。分析、研究铁路SCADA系统和铁路PDMS现状,总结铁路SCADA系统和铁路PDMS存在的问题,并提出相应优化建议。这不仅能提高停电送电作业和应急指挥效率,实现电气化铁道供电调度工作规范化、标准化、智能化,提升信息化管理水平,也为电气化铁道供电调度管理系统信息化建设,以及供电调度管理信息化系统与其他系统的数据共享提供支持。At present,the management information system for power supply dispatching of electrified railway has two application systems:railway power supply dispatching and supervisory control and data acquisition system(railway SCADAsystem),and railway power supply dispatching intelligent management system(railwayPDMS).The structure of power supply dispatching is becoming more and more complicated,the number of personnel is increasing,the scope of operation is expanding,and the content of operation is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the im⁃provement of power supply dispatching management.This paper analyzes and studies the current status of railway SCADA system and railway PDMS,summarizes the existing problems of railway SCADA system and railway PDMS,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions.This can not only improve the efficiency of power supply op⁃eration and emergency command,realize the nomlalization,standardization and intelligence of power supply dispatch⁃ing work of electrified railway,and improve the level of information management,but also provide support for the infor⁃mation construction of the management information system for power supply dispatching of electrified railway,as well as the data sharing between the management information system for power supply dispatching and other systems.
