摘  要:研究了温控型镁质抗裂剂对净浆水化热、砂浆限制膨胀率及抗压强度的影响,并将其批量化应用于混凝土工程侧墙结构。数据表明:随抗裂剂掺量由4%提升至10%时,水泥净浆抑温率逐步增大至42.5%;随养护温度提高,限制膨胀率快速增大且膨胀窗口期显著降低;抗裂剂会引起砂浆试件早期(3 d)抗压强度显著降低,但不影响试件养护7~60 d抗压强度;外掺6%抗裂剂,混凝土工程结构试验段较空白段温升值降低5.3℃、收缩值(με)降低150、裂缝条数由3条降低为0条。The influence of temperature-controlled magnetite cracking agent on hydration heat of cement slurry,limited expansion rate of mortar and compressive strength was studied,and it was applied to the side wall structure of concrete engineering.The data showed that the temperature inhibition rate of cement slurry gradually increases to 42.5%when the dosage of cracking agent increases from 4%to 10%.With the increase of curing temperature,the limited expansion rate increases rapidly,and the expansion window period decreases significantly.Cracking agent can significantly reduce the early(3 d)compressive strength of mortar specimens,but does not affect the compressive strength of specimens from 7 d to 60 d after curing;when 6%anti-cracking agent is added,the temperature rise of the test section of concrete engineering structure decreases by 5.3℃,the shrinkage value decreases by 150 microstrains,and the number of cracks decreases from 3 to 0.
