摘 要:论文通过配制一种自密实混凝土或大流动性混凝土来生产免振捣或少振捣叠合板。首先对自密实混凝土的流动性、填充性、间隙通过性和抗压强度等性能进行测试,然后进行预制叠合楼板免振捣生产工艺试验。结果表明:对固定模台叠合板生产线,采用自密实混凝土或大流动性混凝土浇筑,可实现免机械振捣生产,减少噪音,提高效率。Non-vibrating or less vibrating composite slabs was produced by preparing a kind of self-compacting concrete or large fluidity concrete.The fluidity,filling,clearance passing and compressive strength of self-compacting concrete were tested first,and then the non-vibrating production technology of precast composite slabs was conducted.The test shows that the self-compacting concrete or large flow concrete can be used for the composite plate production line of fixed formbed,which can realize the production without mechanical vibration,reduce the noise and improve the efficiency.
