摘 要:该文以超白玻璃行业某烟气治理工程项目为例,针对超白玻璃窑炉特殊的烟气性质,采用触媒陶瓷一体化烟气治理技术,最终总排口污染物排放浓度NO_(x)<100 mg/Nm^(3),SO_(2)<50 mg/Nm^(3),粉尘<10 mg/Nm^(3)。针对玻璃行业因窑炉换火而导致氨逃逸超标的问题,采用最新研究的喷氨自控技术,最终总排口氨逃逸浓度<8 mg/Nm^(3),该技术的成功应用解决了困扰玻璃行业多年的换火期间氨逃逸超标的问题,进一步降低了氨的消耗量,减少了运行成本。This article takes a flue gas treatment project in the ultra-clear glass industry as an example.In response to the special flue gas properties of ultra-clear glass furnace,the project adopts a catalyst ceramic integrated flue gas treatment technology,resulting in total emissions of pollutants with NO_(x)<100 mg/Nm^(3),SO_(2)<50 mg/Nm^(3),and dust<10 mg/Nm^(3).In response to the problem of excessive ammonia escape during the reversal of furnace in the glass industry,the latest research on ammonia spraying automatic control technology is adopted,resulting in total emissions of ammonia escape concentration<8 mg/Nm^(3).The successful application of this technology solves the problem of excessive ammonia escape during the reversal of furnace that has plagued the glass industry for many years,further reducing the consumption of ammonia and reducing the operating costs.
