摘 要:我国既有建筑量大面广,由于建设年代不同,抗震设防水平不一致,导致许多既有建筑的抗震性能不能满足现行抗震规范的要求,而开展抗震加固是提升其抗震性能的有效途径。目前,基于结构体系的加固方法成为加固技术的主要发展趋势。基于体系的抗震加固新技术主要包括减震与隔震技术、自复位技术、附加子结构技术等,系统阐述了抗震加固新技术的研究进展,介绍了典型工程案例,指出了既有建筑抗震加固新方法的研究趋势。There is a large number and wide range existing buildings in China.The seismic performance of many exciting buildings cannot meet the requirements of current seismic code due to the different construction periods and seismic fortification levels.Seismic reinforce ment is an effective way to improve the seismic performance of exciting buildings.At present,reinforcement methods based on structural systems have become the main development trend of reinforcement technology.The new seismic reinforcement technologies based on the system mainly include energy-dissipation technology and isolation technology,self-centering technology,attached external substructure technology,etc.The research progress of new seismic reinforcement technologies was systematically elaborated,and typical engineering cases were introduced.The research trends of new seismic reinforcement methods for existing buildings were pointed out.
