摘 要:为科学准确地分析商品混凝土拆模后发生爆裂的原因,结合具体的工程实例,并借助于X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和面能谱(EDS)微观仪器,对爆裂部位骨料的主要成分进行了定性定量分析。研究发现,该工程爆裂产生的根本原因是原材料的粗骨料中掺入了生石灰。同时,采用沸煮试验对混凝土强度的变化进行检测,评估混凝土发生爆裂后的危害程度,提出有针对性的处理方案。In order to accurately analyze the causes of commercial concrete bursting after demolding,combined with specific engineering example,the main components of the aggregates at the cracking parts were quantitatively analyzed by the micro-instruments of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and surface energy spectrum(EDS).It is found that the fundamental cause of cracking in this project is the addition of quicklime to the coarse aggregate of raw material in the research.The harm of concrete bursting was evaluated by testing the variations of concrete strength through boiling test.Based on the assessment results,targeted treatment solutions were proposed with the aim of providing robust support for the analysis of concrete bursting.
