摘  要:第十届中国花卉博览会竹藤馆建筑体量较小,约350m2,但造型独特复杂。竹藤馆结构分为主体结构、人行桥及展厅三个独立的部分。主体结构采用空间钢框架支撑-双层索网结构体系,以四个椭圆钢环和钢V柱为骨架,基于参数化工具在三个空间曲面上沿着编织装饰纹理生成双层斜交索网,为编织竹条提供支撑;人行桥在采用V梯柱加梯梁的传力体系基础上,巧妙地采用扶手钢板兼做悬挑受力构件,以较小的结构构件实现10m大悬挑;竹藤馆展厅为空间自由曲面拱壳形态,采用超高延性混凝土材料以及3D打印模板配合喷射混凝土施工工艺无筋设计建造而成。主要介绍了三个部分的结构设计特点,重点讨论了主体结构双层索网的参数化生形与优化、异形空间钢结构的静力与稳定分析。The bamboo and rattan museum of the 10th Flower Expo of China has a small building volume of about 350m2,but its shape is unique and complex.The structure of bamboo and rattan museum is mainly divided into three parts:main structure,footbridge and exhibition hall.The main structure adopts the spatial steel frame support double-layer cable net structure system,with four elliptical steel rings and steel V-columns as the skeleton,based on parametric tools,the double-layer oblique cable net is generated along the braided decorative texture on three spatial surfaces to provide support for the braided bamboo strips.On the basis of adopting the force transfer system of V-shaped ladder pillar and ladder beam,the footbridge skillfully adopts the handrail steel plate as the cantilever bearing member,and realizes the 10m large cantilever with the smaller structural member.The exhibition hall of bamboo and rattan museum is a spatial free-form arch shell shape,which is made of ultra-high ductility concrete material and 3D printing template with shotcrete construction technology.The structural design features of the three parts was mainly introduces,and focused on the parametric shape generation and optimization of the double-layer cable net of the main structure,and the static and stability analysis of the special-shaped space steel structure.
