核心筒偏置及多次收进的大底盘超限高层结构设计及抗震性能分析

摘  要:嘉兴金融广场二期6#地块建筑单体由超高层主楼、高层副楼、多层裙楼组成,没有采用设置防震缝分隔成独立的单体,形成多次收进的大底盘结构,并且主楼的钢筋混凝土核心筒偏置。针对核心筒偏置和多次收进采取加强措施,并进行了中震和大震作用下的性能化分析和动力弹塑性结构分析,研究了地震作用的传力顺序和受力机制。结果表明不设置防震缝,采取结构加强措施能够满足设定的抗震性能目标。The 6#building of Jiaxing Financial Plaza II is composed of a super high-rise main building,a high-rise auxiliary building and a multi-story podium building.These buildings are not separated by setting seismic joints,forming a large chassis structure with multiple setbacks,and the reinforced concrete core tube of main building is offseted.Strengthening measures were taken for core tube offset and multiple setbacks,the performance-based analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic structural analysis under moderate earthquakes and rare earthquakes were carried out to study the force transmission and structural mechanical mechanism.The results show that the seismic performance objectives can be met by taking structural strengthening measures while not setting seismic joints.
