摘  要:针对超限高层抗震性能化设计中若干问题进行了探讨,首先讨论了刚重比、位移比、侧向刚度比这3个重要的指标,提出了计算中存在的问题并给出建议;其次介绍了抗震性能化设计方法和抗震性能评价,提出了根据结构特点和结构构件的重要性应采取差异化的性能目标,并探讨了等效弹性计算方法与弹塑性时程计算方法的优缺点;然后对超限高层建筑中常见的几个专项分析及存在的问题进行了探讨,温度作用效应分析由于影响因素较为复杂,不必拘泥精确的数值结果,更应注重定性规律和构造措施,建议穿层柱屈曲分析时可采用构件单位力加载模式;最后针对高层连体结构,提出了地震波选取应兼顾塔楼和连接体的振型周期,说明了连体支座选型应注意的问题。Several problems in performance-based seismic design of out-of-code high-rise buildings were discussed.First of all,three important indexes,the ratio of stiffness to weight,the ratio of displacement and the ratio of lateral stiffness were discussed.The problems in calculation were put forward and suggestions were given.Secondly,the performance-based seismic design method and seismic performance evaluation were introduced,and the differentiated performance objectives should be adopted according to the structural characteristics and the importance of structural components were proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of the equivalent elastic calculation method and the elastic-plastic time-history calculation method were discussed.Then,several common special analysis and existing problems in out-of-code high-rise buildings were discussed.The analysis of temperature effect does not need to be limited to accurate numerical results,but rather focuses on qualitative laws and structural measures due to the complexity of influencing factors,and it is suggested that the unit force loading mode of members can be used in the buckling analysis of cross-story columns.Finally,for high-rise conjoined structures,it is proposed that the selection of seismic wave should take into account the vibration mode period of the tower and the connecting body,and the problems that should be paid attention to in the selection of connecting support are explained.
