摘  要:预制桩沉桩产生的侧向挤压会对周边环境产生不可忽视的影响。系统总结了沉桩挤土效应对周围环境影响的研究现状,主要集中在沉桩挤土效应影响因素,沉桩挤土对邻近建筑物、隧道、市政设施及地下管线影响,挤土效应防治措施3个方面。研究结果表明:沉桩挤土效应受土质、桩参数、布桩规模及方式3个方面影响,会导致桩周土体位移、土体抗剪强度、桩承载力和孔压分布发生变化;沉桩对邻近建(构)筑物的影响受建(构)筑物与沉桩点距离、桩长、沉桩速率、桩数量和沉桩顺序等多因素的共同作用;从设计、施工、监测上采取措施,可以在一定程度降低沉桩挤土影响。在上述基础上,提出今后需要重点研究的方向:分析硬黏土、砂土地区沉桩挤土效应,厘清不同土体沉桩挤土的规律;研究沉桩施工对邻近建(构)筑物影响的定量关联规律,建立沉桩参数、土体参数和邻近建(构)筑物变形的定量关系;开展沉桩挤土效应对周边环境影响的动态风险评估,为挤土效应防治提供指导。The lateral extrusion produced by the precast pile driving will have a significant impact on the surrounding environment.The research status of influence of pile squeezing effect on the surrounding environment were systematically summarized,mainly focusing on the influencing factors of pile squeezing effect,the influence of pile squeezing on adjacent buildings,tunnels,municipal facilities and underground pipelines,and the prevention measures of pile squeezing effect.The research results show that the pile squeezing effect depends on the soil quality,pile parameters,pile size,and construction method,which affect the change of soil displacement,shear strength,pile bearing capacity,and pore pressure distribution around the pile.The influence of pile driving on the adjacent structures are jointly influenced by many factors such as the distance between the structures and pile driving point,pile length,pile driving rate,pile number and pile driving sequence.Measures taken during design,construction,and monitoring can reduce the impact of pile squeezing to some extent.On the basis of above,the key research directions in the future were put forward,such as analyzing the compaction effect of pile driving in hard clay and sandy soil to clarify the rule of pile squeezing in different soils,researching the quantitative correlation law of pile driving construction on adjacent structures to establish quantitative correlation between pile driving parameters,soil parameters,and the deformation of adjacent structures,conducting dynamic risk assessments of pile squeezing effect on the surrounding environment to guide prevention and control measures of squeezing effect.
