人口老龄化背景下建筑行业农民工用工困境与商业化解决方案研究

摘　　要：对以劳动密集为特点的建筑行业来讲,农民工是建筑行业重要的参与方,也是从业人员最多的参与方。深度人口老龄化社会的到来使建筑行业受到的冲击日趋严重,一线农民工老龄化不仅是行业问题,也是急待解决的社会问题。在分析人口老龄化背景下建筑行业的农民工用工困境及成因基础上,基于共享经济的视角,提出用新的商业模式解决建筑农民工老龄化带来的用工问题的思路和方案具有一定的现实意义。It is known that the construction industry is a labor-intensive industry,in which the migrant workers are important and the largest number participants.In a deeply aging society,the construction industry has been increasingly impacting.The aging of migrant workers is not only an industry problem,but also a social problem to be solved urgently.Based on the analysis of the employment difficulties and causes of migrant workers in the construction industry under the background of aging population,and from the perspective of sharing economy,this thesis proposes to imply new ideas and business models to solve the employment problems caused by the aging construction migrant workers.
