摘  要:高含水原油乳化含水率的测定对于低温集输工艺的推广尤为重要,采用蜡沉积冷指实验装置测试不同实验条件下的乳化含水率,通过Spearman相关系数考察影响因素之间的重叠关系,利用两步回归法建立乳化含水率与原油物性的关系,并进行多算法全局非线性回归参数的优化和误差分析。结果表明,温度从36℃降至26℃时,不同体系含水率下的乳化含水率从26.03%减小至3.00%;体系含水率从80%升至99%时,不同温度下的乳化含水率从31.23%减小至3.60%。基于全局优化算法的参数估计精度明显优于线性变换法,模型误差大部分均在±10%范围内,模型适用凝点以下10℃-凝点、含水率80%-95%、剪切速率20.1-84.5s^(‒1)的油水两相体系。研究结果可为低温集输工艺的流动安全保障提供实际参考。In order to establish a universal model suitable for emulsifying water cut of high water cut crude oil at low tempera-ture,wax deposition cold finger experimental device was used to test emulsifying water cut under different experimental condi-tions,Spearman correlation coefficient was used to investigate the overlapping relationship between influencing factors,and the relationship between emulsifying water cut and crude oil physical properties was established by two-step regression method.The optimization and error analysis of global nonlinear regression parameters are also carried out.The results show that the emulsifi-cation water cut is related to shear condition,oil physical property and water phase composition.Collinearity exists between col-loid and water salinity and other factors.The accuracy of parameter estimation based on the global optimization algorithm is ob-viously better than that of the linear transformation method,and most of the model errors are within the range of±10%.The model applies to the oil-water two-phase system with the freezing point of 10℃-freezing point,water content of 80%-95%and shear rate of 20.1-84.5 s^(-1) below the freezing point.The research results can provide practical reference for the popularization of low temperature gathering and transportation technology of crude oil.
