摘 要:目的:探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)的厚度与体质量指数(BMI)及血脂的相关性。方法:45例受检者分为病例组和对照组。以BMI=25为分界点将病例组27例分为A1组(BMI≤25)16例和A2组(BMI>25)11例;将对照组18例分为B1组(BMI≤25)12例和B2组(BMI>25)6例。测量所有受检者BMI值、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。通过二维超声心动图测量EAT厚度,并分析EAT厚度与BMI值及血脂之间的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,病例组EAT厚度增加(P<0.05);与A1组相比,A2组EAT厚度增加(P<0.05);与B1组相比,B2组EAT厚度增加(P<0.05)。与A1组相比,A2组HDL-C水平降低(P<0.05)。A1组右室前壁EAT厚度与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.643,P<0.05)。结论:MS患者BMI值增高的患者EAT增厚,并与HDL-C降低相关。Objective:To investigate the association between epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)thickness,body mass index(BMI)and blood lipids in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods:A total of 45 cases were selected and divided into case group and control group.Using BMI=25 as the breakpoint,twenty-seven cases in the case group were divided into 16 cases in group A1(BMI≤25)and 11 cases in group A2(BMI>25),and 18 cases in the control group were divided into 12 cases in group B1(BMI≤25)and 6 cases in group B2(BMI>25).The BMI values,serum triglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were measured in all subjects.EAT thickness was measured by two-dimensional echocardiography,and the correlation between EAT thickness,BMI and lipids was analyzed.Results:EAT thickness increased in the case group compared with the control group(P<0.05).EAT thickness increased in the A2 group compared with the A1 group(P<0.05).EAT thickness increased in the B2 group compared with the B1 group(P<0.05).HDL-C level decreased in group A2 compared to group A1(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between EAT and HDL-C thickness in the right anterior ventricular wall in group A1(r=-0.643,P<0.05).Conclusion:EAT thickness in MS patients with increased BMI was associated with decreased HDL-C.
